His ability to build high-performing teams and develop innovative operational solutions helps organizations improve performance while delivering exceptional service.
Tactical Operations
Marcos Delgado brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in public transportation, specializing in transit operations, service delivery, control center and dispatch management, regulatory compliance, emergency management, and tactical operations. His practical, results-driven approach helps agencies strengthen operations, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable results.
